The Port Condominiums dry-stack storage marina will hold 125 boats. The marina is located to the northwest of the condominiums. The facility will be uniquely designed and operated by a bridge-crane lift system for a boat weighing up to 35,000 lbs. The marina will be in a hurricane-protected building. All vessels will travel through a boat wash prior to being returned to their slips. The building will be humidity controlled.

The dry-stack storage racks are deeded, and are purchased separate from the condominiums. Owners will be able to lease/rent or sell their "Boat Rack-A-Miniums".
