The
latest downtown Miami mixed-use development by Terra
International, was designed by acclaimed architectural
firm Revuleta Vega Leon. The building is a fusion
of cutting-edge architectural design, state-of-the-art
technology and grand hotel-style amenities that will
be located in the heart of Miami's bugrgeoning museum
and performing arts district on Biscayne Bay.
Architect
Revuelta captured the bay views by angling the building
and creating an undulating facade. 900's rooftop appears
to be lifted by the wind and the lobby entrance features
a monumental opening. Its unique achitectural design
is complemented by the vision of celebrated designer,
Sam Robin, who has created a serene yet strong interior
that will showcase modern art and design.
Terra
International is helping to lead the resurgence of
downtown Miami with 900 Biscayne Bay - a towering
structure that will capture unlimited bay views and
enhance the surrounding urban area. With 516 superbly
appointed residential condominiums, 900 Biscayne Bay
will be the address of choice.
Each
resident will enjoy custom designed units. Unique
design features include two main pool areas, wet bar,
and spa services such as an outdoor cafe, massage
rooms and sauna. 900 Biscayne Bay will also include
state-of-the-art technology including wireless access
throughout the building, and a private screening room
that seats fifty.
Construction
of the 1.5 million-square foot tower, which front
Biscayne Boulevard between Northeast 9th and 10th
streets, is scheduled to commence in early 2005 with
completion in 2007.
